2 out of 5 stars Would Not Reccommend Preggie Pop Drops   July 28, 2010

They taste very good, but do not help at all with my morning sickness. A few friends told me about them and said that it helped them, but I am not satisfied at all. Would never buy again.

2 out of 5 stars Pricy, tasty, placebo effect?   March 15, 2010

These taste good. Really good - exactly like Jolly Ranchers to me, in fact. Do they work? Well, they took the edge off, but I'm not sure if that was because the taste distracted me or if I expected them to work because they were so darn expensive. Next time I'll just buy Jolly Ranchers and save my money.

5 out of 5 stars yummy and they work   February 16, 2010

They are a bit expensive considering they are basically just naturally flavored/colored candy drops, but I felt that the expense was worth it. They definitely work and each flavor is a flavor that helps with the nausea. You could just go and buy a lemon drop with real lemon oil (works just as well), but you'll probably get a chemical food coloring in there, and you will eventually tire of the lemon flavor all day.

Someone said that these are really just giving you a placebo effect, and I'm inclined to agree. Since they're so sweet I think that they might have given me a little boost when I was too nauseous to eat, but other than that, they really didn't help with my nausea at all. What really worked for me was eating what sounded most appealing straight away in the morning, even if it wasn't the most healthy alternative (regular old popsicles or a frozen fruit juice, not concentrate, worked wonders). Try some ginger chews or GinGins by The Ginger People for a more helpful alternative to Preggie Pops or Preggie Pop Drops.

3 out of 5 stars okay product.   November 23, 2009

Taste like candy. didn't always cure morning sickness... more of a placebo effect than anything.
